Happy Birthday

Normally one does not post birthday thoughts... but I wanted to let you know how I feel about last week. I had another forum last week in Zion. Again, I met wonderful people who want to learn more about candidates, as well as promote their community's needs and concerns. I met a friend I have lost touch with due to our busy lives at this forum. I was truly overwhelmed to see her again. We shared a room for an Education Convention -- NEA RA in Denver. Every time I attend a forum or a debate, I learn something new. This is one of the reasons I really enjoy meeting new folks. I am learning more about the needs and passions of Lake County citizens. Last week was a great week --- yes it was a great birthday week.
